
Soak 2 cups of raw pumpkin seeds overnight in
- 1/4 cup salt
- water (1/2 -inch over seeds)
- 3 drops of Thieves Vitality
Drain water from seeds. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir pumpkin seeds until the seeds are evenly coated in
- 3 teaspoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons salt
Pour seeds onto a greased baking sheet with sides. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until golden and crunchy.
